X-Wing: The first EpicHangar is there!

January 11, 2017 By SirWillibald 11 Comments

Hi there!

The Rebel Transport EpicHangar.

After the recent announcement of the new scum epic ship and because of a bunch of requests I got in the last few days, I suddenly felt the need to finish my first EpicHangar. Say hello! It turned out quite good, I think, more infos and a new comprehensive step-by-step instructions slider can be found in the new EpicHangar section. Have fun and I’m eagerly awaiting your feedback. If you like the concept I see no reason why I shouldn’t give it a try to make something similar for the other epic ships.

And now, my dear Imperial Assault friends, I won’t publish anymore X-Wing or Armada stuff or anything else before finishing some new tuckboxes. Already started to work on them.

Happy crafting,
SirWilli

    Sir Willi,
I stumbled across your website a few weeks before Christmas. I play X-Wing with a few friends weekly and I wanted to give them presents but I did not want to spend a lot of money on X-Wing gifts. Instead I printed up 6 sets of maneuver cards and of course 6 Tuck boxes. They were most appreciated and welcomed into their collections and have been used since.
Thank you Sir for your dedication to the game and making the gear easier to manage.

    Best Regards,
    Robert M

      Hey Robert,

what a nice story and what a great idea! I’m really glad I could be of assistance – “Ho, ho, ho,”… πŸ˜‰

Stories like that make it really easy for me to continue my work, thanks a lot!

      Cheers,
      Christian

    Wow!!

I love all the stuff you do for X-Wing. I’ve been looking for a better option for my epics than the current shoe box I’ve been using and this is it.

I’m looking forward to see your work for the rest of the epics.

    Thanks
    Art

I work at a local game store and came across a customer using your MicroHangers! I was immediately enthralled with their simple yet sleek design! I had to know where he found them and the customer told me about your site. I can’t wait to put mine together and be able to organize my collection. I sincerely hope you continue to make more amazing hangers for the newest waves. And I will be sure to recommend future customers to your site!

    Thank you so much,
    Max

Thanks a lot! Those EpicHangars are quite challenging, I’ve already been able to do a prototype for the CR90 hangar, but I messed up and was so annoyed I put it away for now. Busy with new X-Wing and Armada stuff right now, but will come back to this for sure! If you haven’t seen it already, there’s a picture of the prototype on my new facebook page:
